Master Plan

Woodland Crest is a 30 acre master planned development. Phase 1 will include a 57,250 SF Hy-Vee grocery store with a Market Grille and a Fast & Fresh convenient store, which will anchor the development and serve as a main traffic generator. Subsequent phases have the potential to include commercial/retail buildings, a senior living facility, multifamily housing, and single family lots. Woodland Crest’s infrastructure will be completed by the end of 2019 with pad sites and vertical development commencing in the fall of 2019.
